Microschool software UI Text revamp
Objective
Improve the clarity, consistency, and user-friendliness of the UI text for a microschool software application.

Background
I accidentally came across this website when I was traveling in the West Coast of the United States where an employee was working on improving the user experience of the product. I chimed in and asked if I could give it a go.

-
Approach:
-
Asked the designer questions to understand pain points and preferences around the existing profile page.
-
Analyzed the current UI text and identified areas for improvement, such as unclear language, inconsistent terminology, and lack of clear calls-to-action.
-
Proposed new UI text that addressed the identified issues, optimizing for conciseness, scanability, and actionability.
